What we do

HomeBloc brings together home buyers with similar requirements and approaches builders on behalf of the group to request group offers. Joining is free for buyers.

No obligation

Sharing your wish list or joining a group does not commit you to buy anything. Each member decides individually whether to accept any offer.

How we are paid

Builders pay us a fee only when a sale completes. We disclose that fee to group members for every offer.

What we don't do

• We don't guarantee any discount, price, offer or outcome.
• We are not the seller or builder of any property, and we don't build, own or manage the properties offered.
• Construction quality, timelines, approvals and the sale agreement are the builder's responsibility. Always check a project's RERA registration and do your own legal and technical due diligence before buying.
• Information on this site is general and isn't legal, financial or tax advice.
