Yes. Joining, sharing your wish list and seeing group offers is free. Builders pay us a fee only when a flat is actually sold, and we show every buyer exactly what that fee is.
Am I committed to buy if I join a group?
No. Each member decides individually on each offer. If a deal isn't right for you, you simply don't opt in.
Which builders do you work with?
We approach builders whose projects match a group's wish list. We share project details with the group only once a builder makes an offer. We never promote a project without its RERA registration.
How much can a group save?
It depends on the project, the group size and the market. We won't promise a number we can't guarantee. What we can promise: builders compete for your group, and you see every offer side by side.
How do you make money?
Builders pay us a success fee only when a sale completes, similar to what they already pay brokers. The difference: we tell you exactly how much it is.
What happens to my data?
We use it only to match you with a group and contact you about it. We never share your details with a builder without your explicit permission. You can ask us to delete it any time.
I live abroad. Can I still join?
